At Football First 2002 Ltd we take the protection of our customers very seriously. We only collect what we need to, and we never share this with third parties.

 

Any personal data which we do hold and is accessed on a company computer or mobile phone is protected by password to prevent general access or a data breach.

 

This policy has been updated in May 2018 to reflect new GDPR legislation which comes into power.

The personal data which we collect from you may include your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We are required to have you details in case of an emergency.

 

If you contact us by telephone, by email, submit an enquiry or if you write to us, the content of those communications may also include personal data and we may keep a copy of that correspondence on our records.

When we collect personal information from you, it will be held on our records and used for the proper administration of our business, including where relevant, for the purposes of providing our products and services to you (or the organisation which you represent), to tell you about matters which are relevant to those products and services and to deal with any enquiries or complaints which may raise.

Any such requests should be made in writing and should be addressed to football.first@yahoo.com . These requests will be dealt with as swiftly as possible - Usually within 3-5 Business days.

 

We also have an obligation to ensure that the information which we hold about you is accurate and up to date. You have the right to ensure that any inaccuracies in your personal data are corrected or removed. To assist us in ensuring that the personal data which we hold about you is accurate, pleas  notify us of any changes in your personal details (such as a change of address or telephone number).

We may change this Privacy Policy or update it at any time.
